PENING THE UPS PACKAGING AND CHECKING THE CONTENTS
After opening the packaging, check the contents.
The packaging should contain the following:

 IEC 10A power cable (IEC 16A for DVD models  Handles kit (models DVR and DVD only)
2200/3000 only)
2 IEC 10A connection cables IEC 16A loose plug (DVD 2200/3000 models only)
