INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY AND USE

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Only our enclosed tools are needed to assemble the trampoline. If you are not using the
trampoline, it can be easily disassembled and stored.
STEP 1 – FRAME, FEET, AND LOwER NET RODS (FIGURE 1)
There are six steel parts (1) to assemble the frame with. All that needs to be done to
connect the parts is to insert the narrower end of a pipe into the broader end of the next
one. Make sure that the parts click properly in place. Fasten the foot parts (2) and lower
net rods (5) with screws and nuts (10) to the trampoline feet. Make sure that deepening
of the bolt hole shows in the inner section of the trampoline. Fasten the screws and check
that they are properly fastened after the first functions test of the trampoline.
STEP 2 – STRETCHING THE TRAMPOLINE (FIGURE 2)
Note: For reasons of clarity, the frame cover is not shown in some illustrations. However,
the frame cover is actually sewed together with the mat. Fasten the mat to the frame with
30 elastic bands (9). Please use the tensioning tool (13) provided for the purpose. Follow
Steps I – V to attach a band:
I: Thread a band through a loop in the trampoline. The band will hang over the frame.
The stopper will hang behind the loop. Thread the tensioning tool below the frame
through the loop.
II: Let the stopper latch on to the tensioning tool.
III: Pull down the tensioning tool outside so that the loop can slip over the inner end of the
tensioning tool and the stopper gets inserted into the loop.
IV: The stopper gets inserted into the loop.
V: Remove the tensioning tool and repeat with all the remaining elastic bands. Fasten the
elastic bands around the frame first so that there is equal stretch throughout; this
means get the second at 180°, third at 90° and fourth at 270°. Thereafter, fasten in
the middle of the two already fastened bands.
STEP 3 – ASSEMBLING THE MIDDLE AND UPPER NET RODS (FIGURE 3)
Guide the middle net rods into the lower net rods assembled in Step 1. Then insert the
upper net rod. Make that the locks snap in place.
STEP 4 – ASSEMBLING THE COVER (FIGURE 4)
Put the cover from top over the net rods. Make sure that the removers on the lower edge
of the cover are positioned correctly. (Figure 4a)
STEP 5 – ATTACHING THE FLAG (FIGURE 5)
Attach the flag on the roof as shown.
STEP 6 – INSERTING THE FIBERGLASS RODS (FIGURE 6 + 7)
Insert a fiberglass rod (4) into the zip fastener on the top edge of the cover or on the lower
edge of the roof. Use the side of the fiberglass rod with adapter to keep the material of the
cover safe. Insert another rod on the one already inserted and push back the rods slowly.
Repeat until all 6 rods have been pushed through for the cover or roof and fasten them
together so that there is a ring between the two sections.
STEP 7 – STRETCHING THE ROOF (FIGURE 8)
Insert the fiberglass rods (3) in the roof as shown.
STEP 8 – FASTEN THE ROOF TO THE COVER (FIGURE 9 + 10)
Fasten the roof and over by tying them together with a slip knot. Then fasten from inside
the Velcro fastens (Figure 10) and also join the floor cover to the frame.
MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION AND CARE
• Before each use, check if the spring mat is worn out and if parts are loose or missing.
• Remove all hindrances under the trampoline.
• Protect the trampoline when it is not being used. Safeguard it from unauthorised use.
• Before each use, check if any parts of the trampoline are worn out, being used
incorrectly or are missing. Circumstances may arise where the risk of injury is
increased.
PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR THE FOLLOWING
• Punctures, holes or tears in the spring mat
• Sagging spring mat
• The frame cushioning
• Undone stitches or other signs of wear and tear in the mat
• Bent or broken parts of the frame, e.g. the legs
• Protruding parts of any kind (particularly sharp edged) in the frame or the
mat

Use a dry or damp cloth only to clean the product; do not use special cleaning agents!
Check the product for damage or traces of wear and tear before and after each use. Do
not make any structural changes. For your own safety, please use original spare parts
only. These can be sourced from HUDORA. If parts become damaged or if sharp edges
or corners should develop, the product may not be used any more. If in any doubt, please
contact our service team (http://www.hudora.de/). Store the product in a safe place
where it is protected from the elements, cannot be damaged, and cannot injure anyone.

DISPOSAL ADVICE

At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it at an appropriate collection point
provided in your area. Local waste management companies will be able to answer your
questions on this.
