1.1 Important information
Carefully study and observe all items of these operating instructions before commis-
sioning the unit.
In principle, the Wöhler Miniature camera head should only be used by skilled per-
sonnel for its intended purpose and within the specified range of data. Any liability or
warranty for results established or for defects caused when using the unit is excluded
by all means.
1.2 Aplication
The video inspection system is ideal for the optical control and examination of horizon-
tally and vertically running exhaust systems (modern chimneys) as well as for sewers
and ventilation systems with a diameter from 6 to 30 cm. The compatible system
components offer various individual solutions which are perfectly convenient for the
corresponding job.
The miniature camera heads described in this manual are waterproof up to 3 bar and
ideal for the inspection of narrow pipes and gaps. With its robust and small stainless
steel housing and the tearproof and flexible connection the camera even works in 87°-
bends in pipes with a diameter of 40 mm.
Therefore it ist ideal for the inspection of small exhaust systems, connecting pieces,
annular gaps and sewer pipes. For the inspection in dark ambiance we recommend
the camera head black and white because of its high light sensitivity.
