6 Commissioning
6.1 Commissioning the product
INCORRECT PRESSURE IN INTERSTITIAL SPACE
• Verify that the pressure in the interstitial space of the tank corresponds to the
specifications.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment damage.
 Verify that the information on the nameplate of the tank has been
accounted for.
 Verify that the interstitial space does not contain any leak detection fluid.
 Verify that the correct number of drying filters is correct.
 Verify that the product has been properly mounted.
 Verify that the product has been properly connected electrically.
 Verify that the tightness test has been performed.
 Verify that the interstitial space has been pressurised.
 Verify that the pressure in the interstitial space is less than 600 mbar.
 Verify that the product is connected to the interstitial space.
 Verify that the housing of the product has been closed.
1. Apply voltage via the on-site mains fuse.
- The green LED is on.
- The pump controller keeps the pressure constant. Once the target pres-
sure is reached, the pump switches off.
- The system is now ready for operation.
2. Have a specialised company certify the installation, commissioning and
test of the product, see "Certificate of expert").
