1. Lieferumfang Brennofen mit Temperatursteuerung und Temperaturfühler. Vollflächige Tür für alle Brenntechniken. Geteilte Tür zum Tempern von Glasperlen. 2. Einsatzgebiet Der Ofen ist geeignet für die Durchführung aller Brenntechniken im Brennbereich von 400° C bis 1100° C, z.B. Glas, Email- und Keramikbrand, sowie das Glühen und Härten von Metallen und Werkzeugen. -

Auspacken und Handhabung Heben Sie den Ofen beim Auspacken oder Transportieren stets an der Unterseite hoch. Heben Tür, Elektrokabel oder Elektroanschluss Entfernen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme das komplette Verpackungsmaterial vom Ofen, von der Tür und aus der Brennkammer. Aufstellung und elektrischer Anschluss Stellen Sie den Ofen in einen gut belüfteten Raum, weg von anderen Wärmequellen und auf eine feuerfeste hitzebeständige Oberfläche. -

Seite 7: Betrieb Als Programmregler Mit Rampen
Der Regler startet, RUN leuchtet, C1 zeigt an, dass der Ofen aufheizt. Der Regler steuert die Solltemperatur an und hält diese bis die Start/Stopp Taste gedrückt wird und das Display StoP anzeigt. Wird der Regler ausgeschaltet ohne vorher die Start/Stopp Taste zu drücken startet der Regler automatisch beim Wiedereinschalten. - Seite 8 01-S = erste Rampe Temperatur Hier Beispieleingabe 200 °C Diese Rampe heizt den Ofen in zwei Stunden auf 200 °C auf. Dann OK drücken. 02-t = zweite Rampe Zeit Hier Beispieleingabe 30 Minuten Dann OK drücken. 02-S = zweite Rampe Temperatur Hier Beispieleingabe 200 °C Diese Rampe hält die Temperatur von 200 °C für 30 Minuten Dann OK drücken.
- Seite 9 03-S = dritte Rampe Temperatur Hier Beispieleingabe 800 °C Dann OK drücken. In dieser Rampe soll der Ofen in einer Minute auf 800 °C aufheizen. Diese Vorgabe kann nicht eingehalten werden. Der Regler erkennt das, RUN blinkt und WAIT wird angezeigt. Die nächste Rampe wird erst bei Erreichen der 800 °C gestartet.
