pump after a few seconds delay when engaged.
Disengaging switch removes power from the pump
and stops it (regardless of the rotational speed). The
START/STOP switch is also used to reset the pump
controller from a failure condition.
2- Keyboard
push-button
selection. When this switch is engaged the pump
runs at about 2/3 of the nominal speed.
3- Keyboard push-button for HEATER operation. When
this switch is engaged, an output voltage (same
value
as the mains)
interconnecting socket (J21) to power the heater
band when the pump is operating.
4- Power display. The display shows the power drawn
by the pump. It consists of twelve L.E.O. 's ; the
first L.E.D. will light at about 70 W. The normal
power is indicated when the fifth L.E.O. is on (at
about 240 WI and the last l.E.D. is on when the
power reaches about 540 W.

5- Frequency display. The display consists of twelve
L.E.D. 's and indicates the output frequency of the
controller. The first L.E.O. is on when the frequency
output reaches 30% of the nominal value (135 Hz)
and the last L.E.D. is visible at 90% of the nominal
frequency (405 Hz).
6- Overload L.E.O .. This L.E.D. indicates that the pump
has been stopped due to failure.
7- RPM display. This display shows the nominal pump
rotational speed divided by 1000.
8- Fault display. The fault display is a single digit error
code that indicates
malfunction in the pump or
controller. The error codes are listed in the last table
of this chapter.
