1. Dropping or shaking the product may damage it.
2. If the product position is not right when measuring the body temperature,
the measured value may be inaccurate.
3. The product should be at room themperature when used.
4. After working out, showering, or having been exposed to rain, the body temperature may be inaccurate.
5. For accurate measurement, please measure the body temperature after removing hair, cosmetics, etc.
Please keep the sensor clean and make clean in case of any contamination of sensor area.
6. Please measure both sides of the forehead for more accurate measurement.
7. The temperature values measured from the right and left forehead may be different.
8. If the smart phone battery is not charged in a sufficient way, the measurement might be not accurate.
Please use the product after charging the battery.
9. When measuring, place the sensor area close to the cleaned object and wait for the vibration
of the measuring device announcing that the measurement is completed.
After this results can be seen on the smart phone screen.
10. If the person whose body temperature needs to be measured has just come inside from the outside,
or in case the measuring device is not at the room temperature waiting at least 30 minutes before
measuring is recommended.
11. Repeat the measurement more than three times under following circumstances.
- For 9 days old babies
- For infants under 3 years old, the average temperature range is displayed
- If the product is being used for the first time or when having no previous experience of using any similar product
12. If you are sweating on your forehead, we recommend to measure the temperature behind your ear lobes.
Please throw your hair back completely and hold the thermometer behind your ear lobe vertically.
Please shortly move the thermometer behind your ear lobes up and down.
13. This thermometer is intended for household use only. This product is not intended to diagnose any disease,
but is a useful a tool for measuring the temperature. The use of this thermometer is not a substitute
for a consultation with your physician.
Please consult your doctor if the thermometer shows abnormal temperature.
14. Do not disassemble the device or rapair it yourself.
15. Do not allow children to touch the measuring instrument with wet hands.
16. Do not use to measure oral temperature.
1. Since the sensor area is very sensitive, please maintain it clean and avoid damaging it
for accurate measurement.
2. Do not expose the product to flammable materials or direct sunlight and store the product
where there is no dust or pollution.
3. Keep it away from water.
4. Do not store at a place subjected to vibration or impacts.
5. It is recommended to store the product at room temperature. In case the product
is not stored at room temperature, leave it for 30 min at room temperature before using it.
6. Cleaning : In case the sensor is dirty, carefully clean the sensor with a cotton swab
moisted in alcohol.
Do not use the sensor for about 1 hour after cleaning it.
7. Please unplug the thermometer from the cell phone and store it after use.
