3.2 Whisk
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg
whites, desserts etc.
1. Fasten the whisk 'J' into the coupling unit 'I'.
2. Then fasten the coupling unit onto motor unit ('click').
3. Put the ingredients in a large and deep bowl.
4. Immerse the whisk completely in the ingredients.
3.3 Food processor
Caution
Please read the instruction manual carefully before using your
food processor.
• T he blade is very sharp.
• B efore operating the food preparation attachment, make sure
that the bowl interlock (G1) properly clicked in and that the
pusher (E1) is in place.
• D o not insert other tools than the pusher (E1) into the filling
tube (E2) during processing.
• A lways switch off the appliance before removing the lid
(E).
• T he lid (E) can be cleaned under running water, nut do not
immerse it in water, nor clean it in a dishwasher.
• T he bowl (G) is not microwave-proof.
Using your food preparation
Chopping (see the following table 1)
The table 1 is perfectly suited for chopping meat, cheese,
onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds etc.
For chopping hard goods, use the faster speed setting.
N.B.: Do not chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee
beans and grains.
Before Chopping.
- pre-cut (in1cm) meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, chilies
- remove stalks from herbs, un-shell nuts
- remove bones, tendons and gristle from meat
For best results, please refer to the speed setting recommended
in processing table.
a) P lace the blade on the centre pin of the bowl (G) and give it
a turn to lock into place. Caution: the blade is very shape!
Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
b) Place the food in the bowl.
c) A ttach the lid (E) onto the bowl with the interlock (G1)
positioned next to the bowl handle. To lock the lid, slide the
interlock (G1) and press down the lid, so that the interlock
engages with a "click" above the handle.
d) T o attach the motor unit, fasten the motor unit (A) put into
the coupling for motor unit "click".\
e) T o operate, press and hold the switch on the motor unit and
take hold of the bowl with your other hand.
f) A fter use, switch off the motor unit and wait all the parts
stopped before disassembling. To move the motor unit, press
the release buttons (D) and take off from coupling fro motor
unit (E3). Remove the pusher.
g) Slide the interlock (G1) and lift it up to remove the lid.

h) C arefully take out the blade by turning and pulling it, before
removing the processed bowl.

Slicing/shredding (see the following table 2)
Using the slicing tool (F4), you can slice e.g. cucumbers,
onions, mushrooms, apples, carrots, radishes, raw potatoes,
courgettes, cabbage.
Using the shredding tool (F3), you can shred e.g. apples,
carrots, radishes, raw potatoes, beetroot, cabbage, cheese (soft
to medium).
a) P lace a tool (F3 or F4) into the tool holder (F1) and snap into
position. Place the tool holder on the centre pin of the bowl
and give a turn to lock into place.
b) A ttach the lid (E) onto the bowl with the interlock (G1)
positioned next to the bowl handle. To lock the lid, slide the
interlock (G1) and press down the lid, so that the interlock
engages with a "click" above the handle.
c) T o attach the motor unit, fasten the motor unit (A) put into
the coupling for motor unit "click".\
d) F ill the food to be processed into the filling tube (E2). Never
reach into the filling tube when the appliance is switched on.
Always use the pusher (E1) to feed in food.
e) P ress and hold the switch as long as you operate your food
processor attachment.
f) A fter use, switch off the motor unit and wait all the parts
stopped before disassembling. To move the motor unit, press
the release buttons (D) and take off from coupling fro motor
unit (E3).
g) Slide the interlock (G1) and lift it up to remove the lid.
h) T ake out the tool holder before removing the processed food.
To remove the tool, push it up at the end that protrudes at the
bottom of the tool holder.
