2. Installation instructions

2.1 Instructions and regulations

Carry out the installation in accordance with
current technical rules. Observe all accident
prevention regulations issued by professional
bodies and through legislation. Incorrect use
or prohibited changes during installation result
in the loss of all warranty rights.
Observe all applicable national and
regional regulations and instructions.

2.2 Installation

Only install this appliance in dry locations.
To function correctly, please note that the
appliance must not be exposed to strong
electromagnetic fields. Ensure that the
controller can be separated from the mains
supply by an additional isolator, which can
separate all poles with at least 3 mm contact
separation, or with an isolating facility in
accordance with current regulations. When
installing the power cable and the sensor
leads, ensure that they are routed separately.
1. Undo the Phillips screw from the facing
panel and pull the panel downwards off the
casing.
2. Mark the support on the base and pre-fit
the rawl plug supplied with the appropriate
screw.
3. Hook the casing into the support point,
mark the fitting on the base (hole spacing
130 mm), then fit the lower rawl plug.
4. Hook the casing in at the top and secure
with the lower fixing screw.

2.3 Power connection

Dangerous contact voltages.

Electrostatic discharge can damage
electronic components.
Provide the power supply to the controller
via an external main isolator (final step!); the
supply voltage must be 210 ... 250 V~
(50 ... 60 Hz). Secure the flexible cables/leads
to the casing using the strain relief straps
provided and the appropriate screws.
The control unit is equipped with one relay
which the consumer(s) such as pumps, valves
or similar can be connected:
18 = Conductor R1
17 = Neutral conductor N
13 = Earth terminal
