Character encoding: Full support/

Reduced support
- Full support: Message with single
byte character is normally encoded
in Default alphabet(GSM7). Message
with double-byte character
is automatically encoded in
unicode(UCS2).
- Reduced support: Message
with even double byte character
is encoded in single byte. Please
note that double byte characters
with accent may be converted
into single byte character without
accent.
