• Place the jar assembly on the motor house and turn it clockwise to lock
and release the safety switch, makes sure the arrows are aligned.
• Connect the mixer to the power supply. The display will light up and
beep.
• Turn the speed control button to the desired and recommended speed
setting, time and capacity shown in the table above.
• The timer will count up in 1 second intervals. The speed can be
changed at any time while the mixer is operating.
CLEANING
• Remove plug from the mains electrical supply and allow the appliance
to cool down before cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the motor section and mixing bowl in water or other
liquids and make sure no water enters the appliance.
• Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little
detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or
abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they may damage
the outside surfaces of the appliance.

• Disassemble and clean all the accessories separately. Accessories can
be washed in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Make sure the
accessory parts are not placed firmly in the dishwasher as this may
change their shape.
• Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and
cleaning.
• Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again. Do not use the
appliance if it is damp.
• After washing and drying store the appliance with its accessories in a
dry, safe place out of the reach of children.
• We recommend you lubricate the meat screens with vegetable oil after
cleaning, and store them in grease-proof paper to minimize the risk of
rust and discoloration.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean the outside surface of glass jar
assembly or the bowl and Do not clean it by running water. Clean the
outside surface of glass jar assembly or the bowl by wiping it with a
damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the outside surface of
glass jar assembly is heavily soiled.
