Problem
Device will not
switch on.
The suction power
is low.
Dust leaks from the
device.
Reason
Device is not connected
to the power supply.
Dust container is full.
Filter is very dirty.
The suction opening is
blocked.
Larger objects are stuck in
the carpet and cannot be
vacuumed by the device.
Dust container and filter
are not properly inserted
in the device.
Action
Plug the power plug into a
socket outlet with earthed
contact.
Empty the dust container,
follow the instructions in
chapter 5 – CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE.
Clean the filter, follow the
instructions in chapter 5 –
CLEANING AND MAINTE-
NANCE.
Turn off the device and take
out the object which is causing
the blocking.
Take away the larger objects
manually.
Ensure that the dust container
and filter are properly positioned
and inserted into the device.
