Telimat T 1

After the Telimat T1 lower section has been set up in respect to the disc, the distance X,
as shown in diagram 7, between "U" tube (Fig.2) and spreader, must be measured. The
rubber stop (Fig.17) has a length of 60mm and should, in its compressed condition, be
5mm shorter.
•
Ascertain how many synthetic washers (Fig.19) should be placed under the rubber stop
in order that a 5mm pre-tensioned condition can be obtained when the assembly is in its
fully lowered (working) position. Assemble the rubber stop (Fig.17) with washers (Figs 18
and 19) and nut (Fig. 8) so that its contact surface abutts approximately in the middle of
the frame bend profile (check that the distance to the disc is still correct). With the exam-
ple shown in diagram 8, one synthetic washer (Fig.19) is fitted under the rubber stop
(Fig.17).
