Telimat T 1
Function explanation
The Telimat T1 is a remote controlled boundary and border spreading system for working
widths from 10m to 18m. It is fitted to the left-hand side of the fertiliser spreader and brought
into either working or transport mode using a double acting control valve from the tractor driv-
ing seat.
The Telimat T1 is adjusted for spreading by using the information given in the setting chart
(see decal), depending on fertiliser type, working width and desired spreading mode. This
means a choice can be made between boundary spreading mode (no fertiliser ejected be-
yond the field edge) and border spreading mode (some fertiliser will be ejected beyond the
field edge).
The setting values are applicable for both normal spreading and late top dressing modes.
Transporting
When transporting either on or off-road, before or after spreading operations,
the Telimat TI must be lowered i.e. in its working position.
Important
In its upper position (not boundary spreading) the Telimat T1 protrudes beyond
the outer edge of the hopper.
Fitting the Telimat T1:
To fit the Telimat T1, the spreader should first be mounted to the tractor. The Telimat T1 is
fitted to the left-hand side of the spreader (when viewed in direction of travel). The illustrat-
ed components are fitted onto the spreader in the following numbered sequence.
