Le palan à chaîne à chaîne est un dispositif permettant de
lever et de baisser des charges à la verticale.
La machine doit exclusivement etre employée conformé-
ment a son affectation. Chaque utilisation allant au-dela
de cette affectation est considérée comme non conforme.

tout genre, le producteur décline toute responsabilité et
l'opérateur/l'exploitant est responsable.
Veillez au fait que nos appareils, conformément à leur af-
fectation, n'ont pas été construits, pour être utilisés dans
un environnement professionnel, industriel ou artisanal.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité si l'appareil est utilisé
professionnellement, artisanalement ou dans des sociétés
industrielles, tout comme pour toute activité équivalente.
Avant la mise en service
1 Avant de soulever une charge avec le palan à chaîne,
vous devez vous familiariser avec le fonctionnement
de votre palan à chaîne « sans charge ».
2 Il faut veiller à une fixation stable du palan à chaîne.
Soyez très critique lors du choix du point d'accro-
chage, il faut choisir un point qui peut résister au
double de la charge. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr(e) que le
point sélectionné est bien le bon, alors choisissez un
autre point.
3 Il faut accrocher le palan à chaîne de telle manière
que sa position ne puisse changer pendant l'utilisation.
4 Le loquet du crochet de fixation tout comme celui du
crochet de charge doivent toujours être fermés lors
du maniement.
Commande
lever une charge
Une flèche est gravée sur la face avant du palan à chaîne
à chaîne avec une inscription « UP ». La flèche est tour-
née vers le haut. Pour soulever la charge, tirez le palan à
chaîne par ce côté au niveau de la chaîne portative (2).
descendre une charge
Une flèche est gravée sur la face avant du palan à chaîne
à chaîne avec une inscription « DN ». La flèche est tour-
née vers le bas. Pour abaisser la charge, tirez le palan à
chaîne par ce côté au niveau de la chaîne portative.
Nettoyage et maintenance
1 Afin d'obtenir une performance et une fiabilité du
palan à chaîne les plus longues possibles, retirez
régulièrement la poussière de votre palan à chaîne,
graissez minutieusement les pièces après l'emploi et
conservez-le dans un endroit sec.
2 N'effectuez vous-mêmes aucune modification ou répa-
ration sur votre palan à chaîne, ceci doit être effectué
par un personnel spécialiste.
3 Il faut contrôler régulièrement l'endommagement du
palan à chaîne.
4 Il faut contrôler régulièrement le fonctionnement cor-
rect du palan à chaîne.

The chain block is an appliance for the vertical lifting and
lowering of loads.
The machine is to be used only for its prescribed purpose.
Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. The user/
operator - not the manufacturer - will be liable for any
damage or injuries caused as a result thereof.
Please note that our equipment has not been designed for
use in commercial, trade or industrial applications. Our
warranty will be voided if the equipment is used in com-
mercial, trade or industrial businesses or for equivalent
purposes.
Before starting the machine
1 Before you lift a load with the chain hoist, you should
make yourself familiar with the "without load" func-
tion of the chain hoist.
2 Make sure the chain hoist is securely fastened. Be
careful when choosing fastening points. These points
must be able to carry double the load. If you are unsure
as to whether the chosen point is the right one, please
choose a different one.
3 The chain hoist should be fastened so that it cannot
change its position during operation.
4 The latch locks which are attached to the fastening
hook and the load hook must always be closed during

On the front side of the chain block there is an engraved
arrow pointing upwards, labelled "UP". Pull the hand
chain (2) on this side of the chain block in order to lift
the load.
lowering the load
On the front side of the chain block there is an engraved
arrow pointing downwards, labelled "DN". Pull the hand
chain (2) on this side of the chain block in order to lower
the load.
Cleaning and maintenance
1 In order to achieve the longest possible operating ef-
ficiency and reliability of the chain hoist, remove dirt
regularly from your chain hoist, grease the relevant
parts thoroughly after use and store the hoist in a
dry place.
2 Do not carry out any technical alterations or repairs to
the chain hoist; have these carried out by an expert
instead.
3 The chain hoist must be regularly examined for dam-
age.
4 The working order of the chain hoist is to be checked
regularly.
