WARNINGS
FOR TRAMPOLINE SETUP
• There must be enough room above the trampoline for use. A minimum of 1,8 m free space
above the trampoline is recommended. Remove any wires, branches or other obstructions
before use. Setup the trampoline on a flat, solid surface only.
• Horizontal freedom of movement is vital. Setup up the trampoline away from walls,
buildings, electric lines, fences, and other objects. Make sure that there is 2.5 m of free
space surrounding the trampoline.
• Set up the trampoline on a flat surface before use.
• Lighting may be required in dark or shady areas.
• Do not set up the trampoline on a concrete surface, hard ground (i.e. rock) or a slanted
surface. We recommend grass or old carpets for indoors.
• Remove all objects that could obstruct the trampoline and never lay anything on top of
the trampoline. Empty your pockets before using the trampoline.
• The trampoline may shift in strong winds. If windy weather is anticipated, the trampoline
should be moved to a safe place or dismantled. As an alternative, the round outer side
(the upper frame) of the trampoline may also be securely fastened using ropes and pegs.
To ensure your safety, the trampoline must be secured to the floor in at least three places.
Do not just secure the bottom part of the trampoline, or else it could become detached
from the from the framework connectors.
• The trampoline is not weatherproof! If you are using it outdoors, please ensure that it is
stored in a sheltered area following use.
USAGE
• Improper usage or misuse of the trampoline is dangerous and can lead to serious injury!
• Trampolines are appliances with springs built to propel one's body to an unaccustomed
height and may therefore also cause extreme, unusual body movement. Please be aware
of this and use only when physically fit. If you are at all uncertain whether you should
use the trampoline, consult a doctor beforehand.
• The owner of the trampoline, along with the respective supervisor, is responsible for
making sure that all users are familiar with the given rules and techniques found here
in the instruction manual.
• Use the trampoline only when in the presence of experienced supervisors with
proper training.
• Mount and dismount the trampoline by climbing on and off. Do not bounce from the
trampoline to the floor or bounce onto the trampoline; this is dangerous.
• To climb onto the trampoline correctly, grab onto the frame with your hands and climb
or roll onto the frame, over the springs and onto the trampoline mat. Never forget to
grab the frame edge with your hands. To climb off properly, go to the edge of the
trampoline, hold onto the edge of the frame for support, and step off the mat onto
the floor.
• This trampoline has been designed for use by people of a certain size. Users should
weigh no more than 35 kg.
• Please make sure that street shoes and/or tennis shoes are not worn on the trampoline.
Animals should not be permitted on the trampoline mat to protect the mat from rips and
damage. Users should either wear gymnastic shoes, socks or go barefoot.
• Always begin by jumping on top of the logo printed on the middle of the mat. Stop
jumping immediately if you land more than 30 cm away from the logo! Begin jumping
again in the middle of the mat.
• Stop jumping by bending your knees as soon as your feet contact the mat. Master this
technique before learning others.
• Master the elementary jumping techniques and body positions before experimenting
with other movements. Various trampoline activities can be completed using
elementary techniques combined in various combinations or sequences with or
without standing jumps in between.
• Avoid jumping too high. Remain at a low level until you've mastered controlled jumps
and repeated landings in the middle of the mat. Controlled jumping is more important
than great height. Focus your gaze on the trampoline. This will help to control
your jumps.
• Do not jump onto the trampoline from balconies, trees or other objects. Do not use
the trampoline as a springboard.
• Do not use when tired. Do not use for extended periods.
22.09.2009
• Clear away the trampoline when not in use.
• For further training and information, consult a trained trampoline specialist.
• If the trampoline has been used outside, please ensure that it is not subsequently exposed
to moisture.
• Only use the trampoline when the mat surface is dry. Winds and breezes should be calm or
still. Do not use the trampoline during strong winds or storms.
• The trampoline mat should never come into contact with sharp corners or pointy objects.
• Do not allow people underneath the trampoline.
• Never more than one person jumping on the trampoline at a time!
• If more than one person is on the trampoline at a time, the risk for injuries including back,
neck, spinal or bone injury is increased.
• Intended only for private use!
• Landing on head or neck can cause paralysis or death!
• Do not do somersaults on the trampoline. Performing somersaults increases the likelihood
of landing on your head or neck!
• Do not make any technical modifications to the equipment.
If the user notes any of the above-listed problems with equipment or any other occurrence
that may affect the safety of the device, the trampoline must be dismantled or otherwise
secured against usage until the situation is eradicated.

OTHER PARTS INCLUDED WITH THE DELIVERY ARE NOT LISTED and are not required.
STEP 1 – Frame and fet
There are a total of 6 steel pipes (1) for putting the frame together. All parts with the same parts
number are interchangeable and there is no difference in terms of left or right alignment. To
connect the parts, simply put the narrower end of a pipe into the larger end of the next
pipe (fig. 1). Then the 3 feet (2) are put into the connecting pieces. Take care that the click
mechanisms snap together (fig. 2).
STEP 2 – Stretching the spring mat
In order to explain the positions better, imagine the circle of the trampoline frame as a clock.
Twelve is at the top, six at the bottom. We will use Roman numerals in our figures to
differentiate between the parts.
