ELECTRONIC BATHROOM SCALE - BODY FAT ANALYZER
Power supply: One 9 volt alkaline battery
(6LR61 or equivalent).
Insert the battery in the compartment located
underneath the scale.
BATTERY NOT INCLUDED.

SPECIFICATIONS

•
Uses the BIA method for an analysis by bioelectrical
impedance. The scale sends a harmless amount of
electricity into the body, then measures the total volume
of water, and consequently, the amount of individual's
muscle or lean tissue. The difference between the body
weight and the amount of lean tissue corresponds to the
amount of body fat.
• Weight capacity: 140kg or 320lb or 20 St (TFA20), 150kg
or 330lb or 24St (TFA15 - TFA25)
• Weight increments: 100g or 0,2lb or 1/4Lb
• Body fat range: 4 to 50%
• Body fat increments : 0.1%
• Height range: 100.0 to 199.9 cm (3'3'4" to 6'6'7")
• Age range: from 10 to 80 years
• Memory for morphometric parameters
(height, age, sex): 10

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

1. Position the scale on a flat, hard surface.
2. Clean your scale with a damp cloth but do not allow
the water to enter into the scale. Avoid using solvents
or abrasive products.
3. Remove the battery in the event of prolonged
non-utilisation.
4. Do not dismantle the scale except to replace the battery.
5. Avoid exposing the scale to shocks or excessive
vibrations; be careful not to drop it on the floor.
6. This product is intended for household use;
it is not suited to professional use, in a hospital
or medical environment.
ATTENTION !!!
This product is not appropriate for people with body
implants such as pacemakers, artificial limbs, contraception
devices, metal plates, pins or screws or for pregnant
women.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This scale must be initialised the first time it is used and
every time the battery is replaced. Press lightly on the
platform of the scale.
The screen will display

Then the scale automatically switches off.
Your impedance scale is ready for use.
If you wish to change the measuring units from metric to
imperial or vice versa (l.e. KG/CM-ST/IN-LB/IN), simply
adjust the conversion switch located on the under-side of
the scales.
1) Impedance measurement mode
1. Press the [ ON/OFF ] button to access the impedance
measurement mode and the unit will display the size.
To change the measuring unit (lb/in to kg/cm or the opposite),
activate switch per instruction on underside of scale.
2. Press the [ ] buttons to enter your size

already full, the icon « » will be displayed. Press the
[ ]

button to validate and save your data in
the memory you have selected. The scale will indicate
data saving completion with a beep.
