25. Before you unplug the appliance, please switch off the appli-
ance using the ON / OFF switch.
CAUTION: Before switching on the appliance, always make
sure that the continuous steam function î is not activated!
26. For safety reasons we recommend that the appliance is always
switched off and unplugged while the water is being filled up.
Take care to ensure that no water runs onto the iron, steam
iron station, steam hose or the power cord. If this should
happen, completely dry the appliance and the ground before
starting the appliance again.
27. Particular care should be taken when children, animals or el-
derly people are in the vicinity of the steam iron station.
28. Do not press the buttons too hard and keep sharp objects
away from the appliance.
29. The appliance remains hot for about two hours after use. Do
not touch the appliance while it is cooling and do not place
anything on top of the appliance.
30. Keep the appliance clean. Please refer to the instructions in the
section "Cleaning the appliance".
31. Do not expose the appliance to temperatures under 0 °C or
over 40 °C.
32. Before our products leave the factory, they are subjected to
strict quality controls. Therefore, your boiler may contain some
water.
