HINTS
1. Use fresh fruit and vegetables as they contain more juice. The best products for juices are:
beetroots, celery, apples, carrots.
2. In the case of apple juice, its thickness depends on the type of apples used – the more juicy
the apple is, the less thick the juice will be. Choose apples that will give you the thickness
you prefer.
3. Apple juice becomes dark very quickly. You can slow down this process by adding a few
drops of lemon juice.
4. Starch-rich fruit, such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs or mangos cannot be processed
in a juicer. To blend such fruit, use a food processor or blender.
5. The juicer is not suitable for processing very hard or fibrous fruit and vegetables, such as
sugarcane.
6. The juice should be served immediately after preparation. It loses its taste and nutrients after
a prolonged exposure to oxygen.
7. In order to squeeze as much juice as possible, always push the plunger (1) slowly.
CLEANING
It is recommended to clean the juicer immediately after use.
Do not use abrasive agents, cleaning powder, acetone, alcohol etc. to clean the juicer.
Not dishwasher-safe.
Before cleaning, unplug the juicer and wait until the cutting blade (8) stops. Then, disassemble the
juicer in the following order:
- take out the plunger (1)
- unlock the cover locks (3)
- remove the cover (2)
- remove the cutting blade with filter (8). This part is attached tightly to the drive shaft.
In order to remove it, pull it firmly upwards.
- take out the container (9)
The body (5) of the juicer cannot be put in water.
Clean the device with a damp cloth.
Other parts can be cleaned in warm water with some washing liquid.
The cutting blade (8) filter is made of a very delicate material. Therefore, be very careful when you
clean it.
Clean the blade knives (8) very carefully as they are extremely sharp.
