WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods and is 2 years. The goods are under the
guarantee of our company together with all their parts. If the product malfunctions within the warranty
period, the repair time will be added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods is maximum
20 working days. This period shall commence from the notification of this goods to the service station
and but if there is no service station, it will commence from the date of notitication of the goods to the
seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer and manufacturer. In the event of a malfunction of the
goods during warranty period due to faults arising from materials and assembly, it will be repaired
without any charge under any other name such as labor cost and the cost of replacement parts.
Providing that obeying the warranty period as of the delivery date, as a result of the same malfunction
repeats more then twice in a year or different malfunctions occur more than four, due to the fact the
goods cannot be used progressively, maximum period is exceeded required for repair, there is no service
station and it is determined by the report issued one of respectively dealer, agency, representation office,
import that repair is not possible; free replacement shall be made. Defects resulting from unauthorized
use of the material in the instructions for use are outside the scope of the warranty.
SITUATIONS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
In the event of cleaning and boiling of your products with salt water, bleach or acidic substances; misuse
of products and defects arising from user's fault; defects arising from not obeying product user's manual;
when application is made for guaranteed repair, non-submission of the invoice or photocopy of this
document to authorized service in a full and a legible manner; before the authorized service is applied for
guaranteed repair, a fee may be charged for failures due to repair or modification of someone other than
authorized personnel or authorized service personnel.
