Pressure Safety Lock
The pressure safety lock integrated on the lid prevents the lid from opening when there is pressure in
the cooker. The red indicator goer up as the pressure rises. About 4 minutes after that, the steady steam
is observed from the peressure regulating valve and it shows that the level of cooking is reached. Turn
down the heat of the furnace . Look at your watch. The specified times starts on the cooking table. Turn
off the stove when the time expires. Wait at least 5 minutes for the pressure in the cooker to decrease.
Please bring the staged regulating valve into 0 position on order to ensure the coplete discharge of the
steam. When the red indicator goes down, the steam is completely discharged. Turn the lid on-off lever
clockwise to open the lid.
Read the instruction manuel carefully before using your pressure cooker. Wash your pressure cooker
and its lid with hot water and proper dishwashing detergent thoroughly and dry them before first use. Do
not boil the main seal in detergent water and do not wash it in the dishwasher. It will be enough to wash
it with normal warm soapy water an rinse thoroughly. If while spots formed on the base of the pressure
cooker after the first boiling, this is because water tou use has greater hardness and lime inside it. these
spots can easily be harsh cleaner because harsh objects scratch the surface of your cooker and allows a
negative image.

PREPARATION OF PRESSURE COOKER FOR COOKING PROCESS
1- Putting foodstuffs into the cooker
* Add at least 1.5 glasses of water / Liquid into the cooker every time you cook. Fill the cooker at the rate
of 2/3 at maximum. This level includes liquid and foodstuffs.
*Especially, if you are preparing foaming foods (lentils, dry legumes, peas, etc) We recommend you to fill
up your cooker less than a half. Otherwise, small particles will block the safety system and this will allow
negative situation.
2- Closing the lid of the pressure cooker
* First turn the cooking valve in the direction of the steam discharge. When the clamps are in the open
psition, place the lid onto the cooker an turn on-off lever anti-clockwise to close.
