IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
* The pressure cooker allows you to cook economically with a safe, convenient, very low burner
temperature setting.
* The special safety lock prevents the opening of the door bu locking the slides from the first moment
whne the pressure starts to build up.
* When the cooking valve on the lid is in the cooking position, it throws out the excessive pressure in the
cooker thanks to mechanism located inside.
* You can cook vegetabels, soups, pre - soaked dry legumes, canned foods in a short period of time.
* It consists of aesthetic and durable 18/10 stainless aluminum body, thermal base for balances heat
distribution, ergonomic handles for easy handling, lock mechanism for easy opening and closing the lid.
* Do not let persons use your cooker who do not know user's instructions. Do not let children and old
persons use your pressure cooker. Prevent children from approaching the cooker druing the cooking
process.
* Never pur your cooker in a hot oven. Do not touch the hot metal surfaces of the cooker.
* Do not fry in oil in your cooker.
* Please do not fill more than 2/3 of your cooker. Make sure the lid is completely closed before cooking.
* Do not use your cooker without liquid in it. Pressure cookers are designed to cook juicy meal, NEVER
use for another purpose.
* After you place the cooker on the furnace, steam does not come out of the valve until boiling proecess
is completed. If te steam does not come out of the cooking valve within 1 or 2 minutes after the food
in the cooker starts to boil, take the cooker from the furnace and place it under the water running from
the tap. (It may be a sudden steam discharge during this process.) Open the lid by bringing the cooking
valve to the steam discharge position.
Remove the valve according to the valve cleaning instruction and clan it.
OPERATION AND SAFETY PARTS
Stage pressure regulating valve
A) To obtain the correct cooking pressure bu adjusting cooking pressure to 1st and 2nd stages.
B) It was discharge the pressure in the 0 Position.
Stage 0 = No pressure
Stage 1 = 0,60 bar ( Green leafy vegetables, etc.)
Stage 2 = 0,80 bar ( Dry legumes, potatoes and meats, etc.)
Pressure cookers produce high pressure and boiling steam.

Safety valve
As a result of the staged pressure regulating valve becoming inoperative for any reason, this valve vill be
opened at 1.1 bar to discharge the excess pressure in the cooker as a safety precaution.
This will prevent the pressure in the cooker from reaching dangerous levels.
