Preparation for use

- The device should be at room temperature when it is used.
- Place the PARI BOY S / PARI BOY SX compressor on a flat,
clean and dust-free surface.
- Do not run the compressor on carpets or in very dusty environ-
ments, e.g., under the bed, in workshops etc.
- Ensure that the side ventilation slits are not blocked.
- The compressor must not be covered under any circumstances
during operation.
- Check that the supply voltage complies with the data marked on
the appliance.
Figures A and B:
• Insert the connection tubing (3) with a slight twist into the air outlet (6) on
the compressor.
Attach the other end to the PARI nebuliser (2).
• Connect the compressor (1) to the mains power supply:
− Plug the power cord (4) into the socket (9) on the compressor.
− Insert the mains plug of the power cord into a suitable socket.
To disconnect the PARI compressor from the mains after the treatment ses-
sion, follow the above steps in reverse order, pulling the plug out of the socket
first.
Please read the instructions for use of the nebuliser carefully and thor-
oughly and use the nebuliser accordingly.
• Before treatment, pull the nebuliser upwards out of the nebuliser
holder (8).
• Turn the compressor on at the On/Off switch (5).
• After treatment, put the nebuliser back in its holder.
In order to avoid any risk to health (e.g., an infection), please also
read the "Hygienic re-use" chapter in the instructions for use for the
PARI nebuliser you are using. It is also important that you observe
the subsequent instructions on "Cleaning" and "Filter change" in
these instructions.
