IMPORTANT !
- Before repairing or maintaining the saw, disconnect the power cord from the power socket. The power cord must be
kept disconnected every time you adjust or maintain the machine.
- In order to prevent electric shock, fire or injury, only use identical replacement parts with equivalent characteristics.
- If the power cord is worn, cut or damaged, replace it immediately.

1. SAWDUST

IMPORTANT !
Wear safety goggles while using compressed air to clean your mitre saw.
Empty the dust bag regularly. Do not let sawdust build up around and under the saw. Use compressed air or a vacuum clea-
ner to keep the working area clean.

2. LOWER BLADE GUARD

IMPORTANT !
Make sure that you have disconnected the power cord from the power socket before cleaning the lower blade guard.
Regularly check the proper working of the lower blade guard. Do not use the saw if the lower blade guard is damaged or
missing.
The lower blade guard is fitted on the machine for your safety.
Make sure that the lower blade guard is not covered in wood dust and that it is clean. Wipe the lower blade guard clean of
dust with a moist cloth.
N.B. : In order to not damage the lower blade guard, only clean it with a moist cloth. The use of solvents could damage the
guard plastic.

3. MAINTAINING THE LASER

IMPORTANT !
Do not look directly into the laser beam. By staring at a laser beam, you could expose your eyes to serious injury.
Read all the laser safety rules.
Check if the laser is clean and dust it if needed.
1. Switch off the mitre saw and laser. Disconnect the saw.
2. Dust the laser using a soft brush or a soft clean cloth or by blowing compressed air very gently.

4. LUBRICATION

All bearings have lifelong lubrication and do not need to be lubricated.
IMPORTANT !
Before repairing or maintaining the saw, disconnect the power cord from the power socket.

5. INSPECTING AND REPLACING THE CARBON BRUSHES

IMPORTANT ! Disconnect the tool before checking the brushes.
