Regularly check the wear condition of the protective tip, nozzle and electrode or in case of significant reduce of the
cutting speed.
It is advised to replace at the same time the nozzle and the electrode.

Remedies
Release the trigger
Release the button(s)
Check the electrical system or generator
Wait until the end of the cooling phase
Turn off the machine, check and replace the
consumables, turn on the machine
Check that the air supply is properly
connected to the machine, adjust the air
pressure
Turn off the product,
consummables, check the electrode retracts
and returns easily. Try again.
Turn off the product, make sure that the
electrode can retract and return easily. Try
again
Turn off the product, wait until the error
disappears, try again. If the error persists
return the product for inspection
