Guarantee
Every Lehmannaudio device is individually inspected and undergoes complete
functional testing. We only use components of the highest quality, allowing us to
offer the buyer a two-year guarantee when the new device is registered online
or with the guarantee form after making the purchase. For devices that are not
registered, the minimum guarantee term applies according to the applicable
statutory warranty provisions in the respective country. Purchasing the device
from an authorised dealer is required to assert any guarantee claims.
The built-in battery is guaranteed for six months since the battery life is highly
dependent on user behaviour.
The proof of purchase/receipt is required for proof of the guarantee. A
registration form is included with the product or can be downloaded from www.
lehmannaudio.com/service/register.html. Damage due to improper installation or
improper use is not covered by the guarantee. Repairs in such cases are billable.
Claims for damages of any kind, especially consequential damages, are excluded.
Liability exceeding the merchandise value of the device is excluded as well.
