Functional data set: SL-060406.dat
The functional data for your system is different to that of
the standard system in the operating instructions (Solvis
document no.: L 70). The differences are outlined below.
You can view the functional data that is stored in your sys-
tem controller in the "Data Administration" menu. Call as
follows:
Press the "Service" button in the function overview. In the
main menu, select "Data Administration" by turning and
pressing the rotary wheel. Under "Current Funct. Data" you
will then see the name of the file containing the functional
data set that is currently valid. Double-click on "BACK" to re-
turn to the function overview.
Changed parameters
• "2: SOLAR CONTROL SOLAR"
Compares the collector temperature "T.Collector" (sen-
sor S8 or T3) with the storage tank reference tempera-
ture "T.Ref.Sto" (sensor S3 or T4) to enable the solar
pump in the primary cycle ("Solar Pump1").
"Solar Pump1" switches on, if:
- "T.Collector" > "T.Ref.Sto" + 15 K
"Solar Pump1" switches off, if:
- "T.Collector" < "T.Ref.Sto" + 12 K
• "3: PID CONTROL PID SOLAR1"
Controls the speed of the solar pump "Solar Pump1" in
the primary cycle.
The speed of the pump is controlled so that "T.Solar
Pre1" corresponds to the value of the "Tabs.NOM" (67
°C, factory settings). When the storage temperature is
above 60 °C (top), "T.Solar Pre1" is set at 90 °C so that
the storage tank can be fully loaded.
