Please wash the equipment thoroughly, especially the blades, kneader, jar cover, jar and steaming basket, the
steaming basket spatula, butterfly, steaming trays.
Notice: Do not use sharp articles to clean, avoiding damage the machine or cause potential safety hazard.
How to clean the jar:
When clean the jar inside, please remove the blades follow the instruction menti-
oned above.
Notice: Watch out being cut hen removing or inserting the blades, Please hold the
head of blades when insert and remove the blades, do not touch the cutting edges,
Please put the jar under the water faucet to wash with the jar up, and use blush to
scrub during wash, like shown on picture.
Please ensure the contact probe (6 legs pointed as below) is clean and dry. Dry it if
have water on.

IMPORTANT:
DO NOT DIP THE JAR INTO WATER OR PUT IN THE DISH WAHSING MACHINE
TO WASH, this will easily cause water enter the heating element which might
cause electric leakage or heating problem.
When clean the jar out side, please use soft cloth or gentle cleanser to wash as
shown on picture.
When the stainless steel part of the jar have stubborn stains, please use stainless
steel cleaner.
