2. Auto Protection
When the jar cover is at incorrect position, the product can not work. When the jar cover is open during wor-
king, the machine stops suddenly. The working time, temperature and speed will be saved automatically.
Place the cover at correct position, then press ON/OFF, the machine will resume to work. In the same way, if
take out the jar, the machines stop working. After place the jar back, it will be resume to work.
3. Basic Operation
Use the Temperature, Time or Speed selector to choose which parameter to adjust – the corresponding icon
flashes when one of these options is selected. Then use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease that pa-
rameter.
• For temperature, each press of the + or – equates to 5 °C, the range is 40-100 °C.
• For Time, each press of the + equates to 1 second, hold the + down to move by 30 seconds before 10 mi-
nutes, after that, move by 1 minute; If press of the – at first, the time equates to 1 minute, hold the + down
to move by 30 seconds before 10 minutes, after that, move by 1 minute. The cooking time range is 0 to 60
minutes.
• For Speed, each press of the + or – equates to 1 speed, the range is 1 to 10 speed.
When you're ready, press start to commence cooking. If choose SPEED without choosing TIME, the longest
working time is 10 minutes. If choosing TEMP, the unit will start working with choosing TIME.
4. Menu Function
There are 10 default dishes for MENU function. Ten icons is shining Normally-on Stand-by Mode, the time,
temperature and speed have been settled in according to the specified ingredient. Choose
the display shows
OFF to start.
Note: If you need to stop the manual setting, press MENU function again, If you need to cancel the manual
setting, press ON/OFF again.
5. PULSE Function
Connect it to the mains supply. After the buzzer rings, the product enters stand-by mode. The display shows
00:00. Press PULSE button. The speed icon on the display will go up from 1 to 11. When you release PULSE
button, the speed will go down automatically. This function is suitable for hard ingredient, such as ice, coffee
bean, and ginseng, etc.
