4. Insert the short poles into the eyelets at the base (a1) and clip the outer
tent onto the poles (b).
5. Insert the long pole into the eyelet at the front (a2). Now fasten the hooks
in the middle to the pole and guide the pole for the air vent through (C1)
and insert it into the connector (D). Please note that this ought to point
downwards. Proceed to do the same at the back with the short pole and
the second air vent pole.
6. Now insert two tent pegs into the porch, open out the tent and secure it with
two further tent pegs at the back (E). The tent should now stand unaided.
7. Anchor the tent with further tent pegs and, if necessary, guy ropes.
8. Open the entrance and anchor the Powerframe with the tent tensioner (f).
9. Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. This can be controlled by the zip
in the porch.
TakE Down – gEnEral inSTrUCTionS:
• Remove everything from the tent's interior.
• Freestanding tents can be gently shaken out to remove leaves, sand, and
other debris.
• Turn the tent over with floor facing upward and allow it to dry a bit longer.
• If it's not possible to dry the tent completely before packing it, this should
be done within 12 hours to prevent the risk of mold and mildew growth.
• As in the tent set up, never pull the poles out of the pole sleeves; rather
push them through.
• When storing a tent in its stuff sack, make sure that stakes and poles don't
press against the tent fabric and damage it.
• Before taking down your tent, close all zips and roll up the guy lines.
That way you won't have to untangle them when it comes time to set the
tent up again, and pitching is that much easier.
DiSmanTling – "moDEl-SPECifiC":
1. Unhook the clips from the main poles, remove the poles from the air vent
and remove everything from the base. Let the tent fold in on itself.
2. Fold up the poles and roll up with the tent, if possible. Do not force the
poles into the storage bag, if it is full, as this may result in damage to the
storage bag and tent.
