The more liquid the mixture is, the better and smoother it will flow over the
cascades. However, if the mixture is too thin, the auger cannot move it up.
Experiment with the mixtures and record your best recipes for later reference.

Use with Chocolate

Pour heated chocolate into the container (A). Do not
heat the chocolate over 40° Centigrade because oth-
erwise it may happen that the cacao oils separate
and the chocolate is spoiled. Ideally suited is choco-
late with a high cacao contend e.G. cacao-rich Bel-
gian chocolate.
To make the chocolate flow smoother, add vegetable
oil, milk, cream, cacao or coconut butter.
If the chocolate has become too liquid, add some fresh grated chocolate until
the desired consistency has been reached.

Use with Cheese

Pour the heated cheese fondue mix into the
container (A).
To make the mix more liquid, add white wine and
cream.
To make the mix thicker, add grated cheese or starch
flour until the desired consistency is reached.

Use with Barbecue Sauce

Pour barbecue sauce into the container (A).
To make the sauce more liquid, add white wine, red
wine, cream or water as desired.
If the sauce has become too liquid, add some more
of the original sauce to make it thicker.
