• Before using the device, make sure your mains voltage is
compatible with the device voltage.
• Always use the device on dry floor. Keep away from rain
and moisture.
• Never touch the plug/socket with wet hands.
• Do not pull from the cord, use the plug to unplug the
appliance.
• Do not kink or bend the cord and put foreign objects on it.
Do not use in extremely hot environments.
• If there is any malfunction or damage to the cord, do not
use the appliance and get in contact with Fakir Authorized
Service.
• Only use the extension cables that match the appliance
power.
• Make sure to unplug the appliance when it is not in use,
or being moved, or installing/removing parts, and whilst
cleaning.
• Do not use in the presence of explosive or combustible
gases, or near showers or swimming pools.
• Do not put your hands in the slots on the heater for your
safety.1
• The space 1m above the heater should be left free to
avoid any air circulation by objects. Do not plug the
appliance with other devices using the same plug.
• The appliance should not be installed or used in garages
or wooden huts, etc. to avoid risk of fire.
• Combustible (gases, solvents, pressurized spray cans) or
easily flammable materials (wood, paper, etc.) should not
be stored in the heated room. Keep such materials away
from the heater.
• Never use the heater in proximity of explosive or
combustible materials.
• Do not use too close to other objects. A minimum
distance of 30cm should be maintained between the heater
and other materials to prevent ignition.
• The appliance should never be covered by towels,
curtains, etc.
• The air flow to the appliance should not be obstructed by
other objects. Therefore, the device location should be
carefully chosen regarding the minimum distances.
• Remember that the device retains its heat for a while
when it is turned off.
