Transporting the device
Please keep the original packaging. In order to ensure suffi cient protection when transporting the
device, pack the unit in its original packaging.
Cleaning
Do not use volatile liquids, such as insecticide spray. Strong pressure when wiping the device can da-
mage the surfaces. Rubber or plastic should not be left in contact with the device over a long period
of time. Clean the appliance and the fl oor using a soft cloth and warm water, and if necessary, a soap
solution. Never submerge the device in water.

1. Press the emergency stop button on the „Docking Pad".
2. Connect the power cord from the treadmill to a wall outlet.
3. Switch the „ON / OFF" toggle switch on the underside of the treadmill to the „ON" position.
4. Stand on the treadmill facing the the control display. Attach the end of the emergency stop key
to your clothing. (If you should fall from the treadmill, the device will be stopped by the EMER-
GENCY OFF key.
5. Press the ON / OFF button on the control display. The display performs a short self-test
6. and displays a countdown for the start of the treadmill.
7. Slowly push the „SPEED +" button to increase the pace of the treadmill.
8. Press the „MODE" button to choose and switch between 5 diff erent settings (scan, speed, time,
distance and calories).
9. If you press the „SCAN" button, the display automatically switches between speed-time - dis-
tance - calories.
10. You can bring the treadmill to a stop either by reducing the speed ( „SPEED - „ button) or by
11. the pushing the „EMERGENCY STOP" button.
