Auto shut-off

To save battery life, the laser has an automatic shut-off, and will turn off
automatically in 1 hour.
Out of level indicator
If the device is positioned more than 4.5° out of level, the lasers start blinking
quickly. If the laser is out of level for more than 3 minutes, the beams will shut
off automatically. They will be activated automatically when instrument goes
back to a leveled position (within 4.5° of level).

Low battery indication

The laser beams will blink when there is approximately 2 hours of battery life
remaining. Average life of the 3 AA batteries is approximately 18 hours of
continuous use.
