You can exclude the steam function "
This way the the brush operates as a simple heated brush. Press [E]
again to re-enable the steam function "
If you keep [E] pressed for a few seconds, the display's setting
changes and the temperature is shown in Fahrenheit (°F). To bring
the display back to its original setting, press again [E] for a few sec-
onds.
HOW TO USE
◊ Instructions for use
The BRUSH MUST ALWAYS BE USED with the steam outlet holes [A]
facing down, so that the lock of hair is exposed to the steam before
being treated.
The arrows on the brush's body must always point downwards.
Tighten the hair between the clamps: the appliance will automatically start to eject
steam. Slowly slide the brush from the root to the ends of the hair, so that the steam
covers the full lock of hair.
The brush emits steam continuously for six/seven seconds, with an interval of about
2 seconds.
To reduce the ''no-steam'' interval, quickly open and close the two clamps of the
brush.
SWITCH-OFF
Press the ON/OFF button [H] to switch-off the appliance.
The word OFF appears on the LCD display [D].
Do not pull the cord or the brush to disconnect the power cord from the mains so-
cket. Place it in a safe place and wait as long as is necessary for the brush to cool
completely.
Before storing the appliance, to avoid spilling water, completely empty the tank [L].
Never wind the power supply cable around the device.

STANDBY MODE

For greater safety, the brush will automatically switch-off after one hour of inactivity,
while remaining connected to the mains.
Press the ON/OFF button again to turn on the appliance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I can't straighten my hair, what can I do?
1. Check that the direction of use of the brush is correct (see paragraph HOW TO
USE).
2. Check that the set temperature is correct for your hair type.
No steam comes out of the brush, what can I do?
1. Check the tank. If there is not enough water, fill it again and keep the brush closed
for about 2 minutes, then the steam starts to come out.
2. Check that the tank is correctly coupled to the brush.
3. Note that in very humid environments the steam may not be visible even though
the brush is working correctly. Hold the brush near a mirror and check that it re-
mains fogged/wet. If not, take the straightener to an authorised customer service
centre.
The brush does not heat up, what can I do?
1. Check that the brush has not entered Standby mode.
2. Connect the power plug to the mains supply and press the ON/OFF button.
