Note: You can remove the kneading/stirring hook after the final kneading process
in the selected baking programme so that there is no hole in the bread after baking.
Sprinkle a little flour onto your hands and lift the dough in order to pull the kneading/
stirring hook upwards out of the baking mould.
Inserting the baking mould
First push the kneading/stirring hook onto the drive spindle of the baking mould. Turn the
baking mould slightly and insert it into the appliance. Turn the baking mould clockwise
until it snaps in.
Removing the baking mould
Open the cover of the appliance. Use the handle to turn the baking mould anticlockwise
until it stops. Lift the baking mould out of the appliance.
