3.4 Installing the Check-Valve
N.B.– When using automatic chlorine and pH dosing systems, it is
extremely important to protect the heat pump from excessive
concentrations that could damage the heat exchanger. For this
reason, facilities of this kind must always be installed in the piping
located BEHIND the heat pump, and it is recommended to install a
check-valve to prevent reverse flow in the absence of water
circulation.
Damage to the heat pump caused by failing to observe these
precautions is not subject to the warranty.
