AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND
MAINTENANCE
No particular maintenance operation is needed for this appliance.
Reminder: misuse is not covered by the warranty. If a fault persists and it is necessary to
return the appliance to the after-sales service, take care to ship it in its original packaging. Simi-
larly, it is appropriate to send the complete device back (controls, cables). Please send a short
explanatory note about the fault with the dispatch note.
The equipment must be disinfected before returning for repair. When returning the equip-
ment, check its condition and make notes on the delivery note if necessary, confirming them
with the carrier by registered letter within 48 hours. If equipment shipped by us suffers damage
during transport, the amount of the repair is payable by the carrier if the complaints have been
made within the deadline, otherwise by the recipient. In the event of an incident, please contact
our customer service or our nearest sales representative to you.
