11.3 Outgoing message
The outgoing message (OGM) is the message your caller hears when the answering
machine picks up the call. The answering machine comes with two pre-recorded OGM:
•
Answering function and possibility for callers to leave a message (answer and record
mode) = "Hello, you call can not be taken at the moment, so please leave your message
after the tone".
•
Answering function without allowing callers to leave a messages on the machine =
"Hello, we're sorry your call cannot be taken at the moment, and you cannot leave a
message, so please call later".
The standard mode is always set to answer and record. You can record you own message
as below:
11.3.1 Recording outgoing message (OGM 1)

Press the
key for two seconds.

Record the outgoing message after the beep.
•
Press the stop
11.3.2 Playback the outgoing message
To check the outgoing message now set:
•
Press the
key.
To stop playing the OGM briefly press the stop
