11.2 Base key functions

11.3 Outgoing message
The outgoing message (OGM) is the message your caller hears when the answering
machine picks up the call. The answering machine comes with two pre-recorded OGM:
• Answering function and possibility for callers to leave a message (answer and record
mode) = "Hello, you call can not be taken at the moment, so please leave your message
after the tone".
• Answering function without allowing callers to leave a messages on the machine =
"Hello, we're sorry your call cannot be taken at the moment, and you cannot leave a
message, so please call later".
The standard mode is always set to answer and record. You can record you own message
as below:
11.3.1 Recording outgoing message (OGM 1)
• Press the key for two seconds.
• Record the outgoing message after the beep.
• Press the stop

11.3.2 Playback the outgoing message

To check the outgoing message now set:
• Press the key.
To stop playing the OGM briefly press the stop
