ance with excellent reliability and great effectiveness.
Safety instructions
Only for use in rooms.
All electrical equipment in the water must be disconnected from the mains
during care and maintenance work.
The connecting line of this device can not be replaced. When the line is
damaged, the device must no longer be used.
Never carry the pump by the cable; do not bend the cable.
Only use filter in water: The pump must be positioned beneath the surface
of the water.
The product is qualified in accordance with the respective national re-
gulations and guidelines and meets EC standards.

Attach the two suction cups to the nipples.
Putting into operation

Using the suction cups fix the filter in a corner inside the aquarium, with
the water outlet aligned to the height of the water level (for immersion
depth see drawing). This will result in an outstanding surface movement,
thus ensuring the optimum exchange of oxygen.
The filter is supplied ready to operate. After assembly in the tank switch
on via power plug.
The water level must not fall to below the pump head (evaporation!),
as otherwise the pump will run dry.
Changing the filter cartridge: Pull out the power plug. Remove complete
filter. Remove pump head and replace or wash out cartridge (can be used
approx. 2-3 times).
Servicing and maintenance
C / D When changing the cartridge, it is advisable to clean the pump head at
the same time. Open locking mechanism on the lower part by turning:
remove impeller wheel, magnet and spindle.
Clean pump chamber and all parts (EHEIM brush set, order no. 4009550).
When assembling ensure easy movement of parts.
