1. Before initial usage of electric dehydrator , clean the steaming rack and wipe it clean with dry cleaning
cloth.
2. Evenly put the pretreated food on each layer of steaming grid, place the steaming grid with food on the
base of product, and then cover the steaming lid.
3. Plug the power line into the socket, switch on power, and press down the switch in order to let the product
be in a status of operation. When the indicator light of switch goes on, obvious wind will blow out from
small holes of steaming lid.
4. Adjust the temperature knob to the temperature value that is applicable for food drying.
5. Dry the food according to different food and personal taste and other demand.
6. After the drying of food, adjust the temperature knob to the lowest position, switch off the power and
pull out the plug.
Important notes:
• The maximum using time should not exceed 72 hours each time, in order not to affect the service life of
the complete machine.
• Each time after using, please adjust the temperature knob to the lowest position, turn off the power switch
and pull out the socket.
• Water or any other liquid cannot be added into the product. Few water drop is allowed to be left on food
inside the container of steaming grid.
• Do not place too heavy foods on the steaming rack, and the food cannot be placed overlapping.
• In order to evenly dry the food, please regularly exchange the position of steaming racks..
• When the machine begins to work, please ensure that the steaming lid is in the correct position..
