oder Mehrpunkt-Kalibrierungsprozedur kalibriert werden. Diese Kalibrierung ist auf natio-
nale Standards rückführbar. Nach der Kalibrierung enthält das Dokument den effektiven
Soll- und den Istwert anstelle von Systemtestwerten. Dieses Dokument soll für Inspektions-
zwecke archiviert werden.
