HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE
PEDAL GROUP
(SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-6)
Proceed in the following way:
a) Assemble the two supports "POS. 34" on the
pedal group "POS. 86", as shown on figures
1, 2, 3.
b) Assemble the pedal group and the relevant
supports to the unit frame using the two
bolts available, in the corresponding holes
located on the two sides, right and left.
The two sets adjustment holes are to fix the
pedals to the wished distance from the table.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE AIR
CONVEYOR DUCT AND ARM
SHAPE
(VEDI DISEGNI A PAGG. 10-7,8)
Proceed as follows (see page 10-7):
a) Disassemble the
unscrewing the fixing screws.
b) Assemble the block nuts on the air conveyor
duct "POS. 49".
c) By means of the 10 screws issued "POS. 48"
proceed to fix the air conveyor duct "POS.
49", the relative support "POS. 50", the arm
flange "POS. 51" complete of insulation
gaskets "POS. 52" in accordance with the
diagram.
d) Lubricate the threaded joints. If using the
arm it would have an excessive slack, screw
the arm clockwise (conical thread).
e) Assemble the arm "POS. 53" screwing it
clockwise into the flange "POS. 51".
f) Assemble the shape "POS. 54" screwing it
clockwise in the arm "POS. 53". In case of
heated shape:
♦ Connect the socket "POS. 56" in the
electric panel (see electric circuit).
♦ Put in the plug of the heated shape "POS.
55" into the socket "POS. 56" and hooking
them.
♦ Fix the electric cable to the arm "POS. 53"
by means of the two springs "POS. 61".

g) Adjust the arm inclination by means of the
two dowels "POS. 59".
Proceed to the assembling (see page 10-8):
h) Fix the valve at the side of the board by
means of the issued bolts "POS. 64".
i) Hook the two springs "POS. 57" as shown in
the drawing.
j) Assemble the lever of the little clamp "POS.
58", using, among the three holes, the one
which allows the optimum sliding of the
clamp inside the valve.
k) Reassemble the board covering plate.
HOW TO FIT THE TABLE COVER
(SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-9)
Proceed in the following way:
a) Position the table mesh with the felt "POS.
35", placing the mesh as flat as possible to
the table and pull at the same time the two
end cords "POS. 40".
b) Hook part "POS. 37" to the relevant springs
(see FIG. 1).
c) Insert rod A in the cover "POS. 36".
d) Fit the cover and pull at the same time the
two end cords "POS. 41".
e) Fix the perimetrical springs as indicated in the
drawing.
COMPRESSED AIR
(FOR MACHINE WITH STEAM-AIR SPOTTING
(SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-11)
The machine needs to be fed with clean
compressed air, without condensation or oil, at a
pressure of 7 bars (100 psi).
Fit a rilsan or zinc-platted 1/4" gas pipe to within
1 meter of the machine.
Assemble a three-way ball tap or a sliding tap on
its end "POS. 25".
This 3-way ball valve serves to feed the machine
(position 1 = ON = OK) or to turn off
(position 0 = STOP) by discharging
remaining in the machine through the silencer.
