Introduction

1.1

Scope and definitions

This manual provides installation, operation and
maintenance instructions for the Edwards LV10K Fine
Control Leak Valve. You must use the valve as specified
in this manual.
Read this manual before you install and operate the
valve. Important safety information is highlighted as
WARNING and CAUTION instructions; you must obey
these instructions. The use of WARNINGS and CAUTIONS
is defined below.
WARNING
Warnings are given where failure to
observe the instruction could result in
injury or death to people.
CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION
Cautions are given where failure to observe the
instruction could result in damage to the equipment,
associated equipment or process.
The units used throughout this manual conform to the SI

Dieses Handbuch enthält Installations-, Betriebs­und
Wartungsanleitungen für die Edwards LV10K
Feinregelungs-Leckageventile. Verwenden Sie bitte das
LV10K Feinregelungs-Leckageventil entsprechend den
Anleitungen dieses Handbuchs.
Lesen Sie vor Installation und Inbetriebnahme Ihres
"LV10K" Ventils diese Betriebsanleitung aufmerksam
durch. Wichtige Sicherheits­hinweise sind in dieser
Betriebsanleitung mit den Signalwörtern WARNUNG und
VORSICHT gekennzeichnet. Beachten Sie diese Hinweise
unbedingt. Die Signalwörter WARNUNG und VORSICHT
werden hier wie folgt verwendet
