5. Assembly

5.1. Wall bushing and outside connection
1. Drill bore hole at least Ø 28 with gradient to outside (at
least 2°) through wall
2. Guide copper pipe (22 mm) from inside through the wall.
3. Put the stop plate, gland nut (not chrome-plated) and
clamping ring onto the pipe.
4. Pull valve housing (size 20) on all the way and screw with
gland nut (size 32).
Screw the gland nut with a torque of 30
wise there exists the danger of jamming of the inner
parts.
5. Push unit towards pre-fab wall.
5.2. Cut copper pipe to length
1. Cut copper pipe (22mm) to length outside to 51 mm
distance to the pre-fab wall and deburr.
2. Put the clamp ring screw connection, consisting of a
rosette pressure disc, clamp screw connection and clamp
ring, onto the copper pipe.
3. Put the rosette onto the drain tap.
4. Pull drain housing (size 27) on all the way and screw with
clamp screw connection (size 32).
Screw the gland nut with a torque of 30
wise there exists the danger of jamming of the inner
parts.
5. Screw the rosette with inserted pressure disc against the
pre-fab wall.
6. Loosen spindle housing (size 22)
7. Shorten valve insert the same amount as the copper pipe
(22mm)
8. Insert valve insert to borehole in the spindle; push in all
the way.
9. Insert mounted valve insert with spindle housing (SW22)
in the pipe and screw tight.
10. Put on snap-in bushing and handle.
