Press the +/-/3/6/9/12/15 buttons.
Check that the belt speed changes
accordingly.
Press the Stop button to stop the treadmill.
Use
Connect the dead man's switch (2) to the
computer (3) and place the cord around
your wrist or use the clip to secure it to your
clothes. This ensures that the treadmill stops
automatically if you are moved back off the
treadmill.
Press the Start button. After 3 seconds, the
belt will start to move at 1 km/h.
Press the + button to increase the speed.
The speed can be adjusted from around 1 to
around 16 km/h.
Press the - button to reduce the speed.
You can also select a speed of 3, 6, 9, 12 or
15 km/h directly by pressing the equivalent
buttons.
If you want to use the computer's
pulsometer function, you must position
your hands over the pulse sensors (1).
Reduce the speed and press the Stop
button to stop the treadmill.

Using the computer

Press the Stop, Mode or PRG button to
turn the computer on. The computer
automatically turns off 15 seconds after you
have stopped the belt.
