When the treadmill is in use, it should be
monitored continuously. When the treadmill
is in use, any children near it must not be
left unattended. The treadmill is not a toy.
Remember to check your treadmill
regularly. Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts
on the treadmill as required. Inspect the
treadmill and replace any worn parts. Do
not use the treadmill if it is defective.
When moving the treadmill, employ the
correct lifting technique.
The treadmill is only intended for indoor use
in private households.
Special safety instructions
Do not place your fi ngers or other objects
near the belt when it is moving.
Do not use the dead man's switch to start
and stop the belt.
Once you have stopped the belt, wait at
least 3 seconds before starting it again. Do
not run faster than the belt rotates, as this
may damage the treadmill.
Use soft and non-marking shoes when
running on the treadmill.
WARNING! The pulse monitor may be
inaccurate. Training too hard may involve a
risk of personal injury or death. If you feel
unwell, stop exercising immediately.
Preparations for assembly
Two people are required to assemble the
treadmill.
Lay all the pieces out on the fl oor and check
that all the parts are there.

at the back of the manual.
