Selection of Respiratory Filters
Only the following approved filters may be used:

1) Europe: Values have been taken from EN 529. Additional national and local
regulations must be followed.
Keep in mind that the performance indicated by the nominal protection factor can
only be achieved when the respiratory filter is worn correctly and has been properly
maintained. Make sure you choose the size that fits best for your face. Also, a
respirator should only be worn on cleanly shaven faces as facial hair in the sealing
area causes leakages.
2) For Australia and New Zealand (SAI Global): P3 filters provide P3 protection only in
combination with full face masks. With half masks they protect like P2 filters
without restrictions on use.
