• Replace the air-outlet grille.
• Push the air-outlet grille as far left as possible and
fix the earth wire firmly to the air-outlet grille and
the floor of the heater (Fig.6).
Use the M4x8 bolts, washers, star-washers and
M4 nuts provided in the following order:
Thread the M4x8 screw through the air-outlet
grille and heater floor, then the star washer, then
the ring eye of earth wire, then washer, then M4
nut.
• Snap the earth wire fastened to the air outlet grille
by the ring about 90° inwards. This hinders the
ring from moving behind the edge of the left side
panel and avoids that the air outlet grill cannot be
removed in case of future service without remov-
ing first the left hand side panel.
• Stick the rating label "DAE Rating" supplied on to
the heater rating plate at the lower right hand side
of the heater (see example of rating label Fig.7)
below the "sun" symbol. To do this, remove the
cover paper from the adhesive side of the label.
Position the sticky side on the heater rating plate
by means of the frame printed on the plate. Press
the label on to the plate with thumb-nail and then
remove the carrier foil.
Tip: To facilitate this, first unscrew the rating plate
from the heater.
• Replace left-hand and right-hand side panels.
Before fixing the right-hand side panel, make sure
the fluff filter is correctly in position.
• Switch the power supply to the charge and dis-
charge circuits back on. Then test that the day-
acting element is functioning correctly.
