Operating
Only use air hoses with an inner diameter of at least 9 mm. When setting up
the air pressure, always keep in mind that the pressure will decrease by
approx. 0.6 bars when using a 10 m long hose with an inner diameter of 9 mm.

Maintenance and Care

If coating material gets into the needle or the gun air passages, immediately
flush with water or thinner (depending on the used coating material). While
cleaning the spray gun, open the shut-off air valve.
Clean the interior of the spray gun and lightly lubricate all moving parts of the
spray gun. Also thoroughly clean the nozzles and oil them.
To ensure proper functionality and a long lifetime, diligent lubrication and
maintenance are essential.
For operating the air texture spray gun clean air is required. Corrosion
residues, dust and dirt from the pneumatic pipes reduce the efficiency of the
tool and will cause technical problems. An upstream maintenance unit
consisting of filter and pressure regulator valve removes moisture and dirt from
the air, controls working pressure. Do not use an oil-fog lubricator.
Clean the air texture spray gun with an antistatic cleaning cloth.
If the spray gun becomes very dirty and needs to be thoroughly cleaned,
carefully disassemble it. Clean all parts thoroughly and lubricate all moving
parts. Replace worn pars such as sealing rings and reassembly the spray gun
in reverse order.
